Every BAYIT piece is made to order just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Please check product details and size charts before ordering.

Personalized items: We print exactly what’s entered at checkout, so please double-check spelling, names, and dates before placing your order. Errors in the details provided can’t be refunded or replaced.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted? We’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lost in the mail? Reach out and we’ll help track it down. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout can’t be replaced.

Order changes or cancellations: Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your piece is already in production.
