Shipping policy

Every BAYIT piece is made to order, just for you.

Production: Most orders are made in 2-5 business days. During the holiday rush, please allow a few extra days.

Delivery, once your order ships:

United States: usually 2-8 business days

Canada: usually 5-15 business days

Everywhere else: usually 5-30 business days

Hanukkah: For US delivery in time for Hanukkah, please order by November 24.

Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, since pieces are made by different partners.

International orders: Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Address: Please double-check your shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout can't be replaced. Damaged or lost? See our Refund policy and we'll make it right.
